Horny bar

Actually a nice bar, which belongs to the Hotel Dormero. Unfortunately you do not get coffee after 23 hours, because the machine is off and the waiters are a bit over the top. They are supposed to provide a sense of humor, but for me it achieves the opposite effect.

Unfortunately our favorite bar has been losing two stars for a few years, as the bartender can not mix good drinks like his predecessor

Great bar, nice staff. They try to fulfill every wish and offer good alternatives. Cozy, upscale atmosphere and good music. Be it for a little after-work stop, for the start of a party night or for a cozy get-together. Everything perfect

This bar used to be really good. But that has changed extremely negatively since my last visit. If you as a hotel guest, adapted to the style of the hotel, want to have a drink and spend a pleasant evening, you are unfortunately absolutely wrong here. All night, some hotel employees and trainees who are off work or on their day off hang around the counter. Their behavior is accordingly, namely as if it were the break room. Well-groomed, casual evening dressing gown, as it used to be to enhance the ambience, can no longer be said if even the staff is sitting there with sweatpants. If you like to talk in anti-social gutter language, this is the place for you. The biggest break clown and wannabe bartender in the world is the seeming bar manager, a mixture of Tarzan and Norman Lange. He has nothing else to do all evening except to spread the hustle and bustle and play the entertainer loudly from the counter. A self-portrayal before the Lord. He whistles loudly on two fingers because he thinks he can bring mood to the booth. It's terrible. Drink prices are okay, although not everything is on the menu. I would not be surprised if flat rate parties would take place here soon, adapted to the ambience. I will definitely never go back here, and certainly not with my wife. It was shocked!

How did a guest say to us? "In Hannover, there are only 3 bars where you can get a decent drink at Oscar's, in the observatory and here." The Whiskey Sour, which we received here late on Christmas Eve, is second to none. Alternatively, with elderberry syrup (great idea by the way).
